Lauren McNace

Preceptor, Ambulatory Care Pharmacist 

Dr. McNace is originally from South Bend, Indiana. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Drake University in 2012. She completed her PGY1 acute care residency at Parkview Health in Fort Wayne, Indiana. After completing her residency, she worked as a Clinical Pharmacist at Parkview covering inpatient services on pediatrics, internal medicine, cardiology and ICU floors. She has also worked for Parkview Falls Clinic for the past three years where she found her passion with patient counseling.She has worked in a few different roles at SJHS. Her first position was focused on inpatient transitions of care, but she has now transitioned to chronic disease management at University Park Family Medicine Office.
