Inpatient Pediatrics

This rotation consists of five separate half-blocks taken during the first, second, and third year of residency. The rotation focuses on composing differential diagnoses, developing procedural skills and formulating treatment plans based on pediatric drug pharmacology. The residents get to interact with a variety of local pediatricians, including a staff pediatric hospitalist, and family medicine physicians that treats hospitalized patients.
