Jason Isch

Preceptor, Ambulatory Care Pharmacist 

Dr. Isch was born and raised in Bluffton, Indiana (home of the famous Bluffton Street Fair), 45 minutes south of Manchester University, College of Pharmacy campus in Fort Wayne. He graduated from Purdue in 2015 and spent two years completing his PGY1 and PGY2 residency programs focused in ambulatory care at SJHS. He was initially drawn to SJHS because of the people and the unique work atmosphere, along with the elite level of care provided to patients. He now serves as a co-funded faculty for Manchester’s pharmacy program and his practice at SJHS specializes in chronic disease state management and outpatient infectious diseases/HIV management.
