Diana Mechelay

Preceptor, Ambulatory Care Pharmacist 

After completing both of her residencies at SJHS, Dr. Mechelay took an ambulatory care position with Christus Trinity Mother Frances Health System in Tyler, Texas where she established an anticoagulation clinic and served as drug expert for the Longview region of the health system. She served as preceptor for pharmacy residents as she expanded ambulatory care pharmacy in East Texas. She is very excited to be back with her SJHS pharmacy family as an ambulatory care pharmacist. She enjoys attending Texas A&M sporting events, corny jokes, dancing, and traveling.
