My name is Mike Adams and my passion for health maintenance brings me to St. Joseph after an internal medicine preliminary year in Florida. I graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in exercise science and then medical school at the University of Utah. I chose the St. Joseph family medicine residency because of the strong community and supported opportunities for personal and professional growth, along with a new region to explore. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outside, cooking, reading, and flying airplanes. Prior to medical school, I worked in wilderness therapy where I developed a deep appreciation for nature and also met my wife Melissa. We are both excited and grateful to begin a new chapter with our family in Indiana.
