Descriptions of mission-based funds

Provide financial assistance to our colleagues facing unforeseen and unpreventable circumstances. These funds are essential to ensure staff are able to remain dedicated to providing care to those who need us most. Gifts to this fund provide assistance including housing, medical expenses, utilities and other basic living expenses.

Fund Community Health Worker outreach services. Support health education activities for the community such as a food pantry, senior exercise classes, health fairs and other implementation strategies identified by the Community Health Needs Assessment 2021, Saint Joseph Health System

Allow us to provide healthcare services "on the go" to communities in St. Joseph, Marshall and surrounding counties through our MMU, which reaches out to both urban and rural areas where it’s convenient for patients. Services include digital mammography, health screenings and corporate wellness programs.

Support this primary care practice, which offers an array of family medicine, prenatal and obstetrical care to underserved members of our community.

Support this primary care practice in Plymouth that offers an array of family medicine, prenatal and obstetrical care to medically under-served residents of Marshall County.

Contribute to this primary care clinic in South Bend that is dedicated to the medically under-served of St. Joseph County. Additional services include a food pantry and dental services.
