If you or a member of your family has suffered a heart attack, we’re here to provide the care you need on every step of your journey to recovery. As part of the Saint Joseph Health System Heart Team, we work with patients from Midwest Cardiology and the Marshall County Cardiology Specialists to make sure provide access to the care you need so you can return to living your life as soon as safely possible.
Our Phase II Cardiac Rehabilitation program supports you by mixing regular physical exercise with risk factor modification to enhance recovery and strengthen the body, mind and spirit. With access to unmatched resources, we set the standard for care.
Our Cardiac Rehab facilities offer:

- Strategies for reducing risk factors including managing cholesterol levels, diabetes, blood pressure, exercise, stress, mood & weight

The Cardiac Rehab nurses and specialists at Saint Joseph Health System will design an individualized exercise program for you to assure optimal cardiac care. In most cases, patients with cardiovascular disease can safely exercise in Phase II Rehab as early as two to six weeks after a heart attack or heart surgery.
