Saint Joseph PACE Center

The Saint Joseph PACE Center is the heart of the program.

Participants attend the Saint Joseph PACE Center an average of three days a week. The center includes a health clinic with an on-site physician, clinic manager, nurse practitioner, physical and occupational therapy room and three common rooms for socialization, recreational activities, a hot lunch plus morning and afternoon snacks.
