Here’s how your support helps:

• Daisy and Petal Awards: Each month, we celebrate our outstanding nurses with the Daisy Award and recognize our exceptional non-nursing colleagues with the Petal Award. These awards are based on touching submissions from patients, highlighting the remarkable experiences our team provides.
• Medical Group Colleague of the Month: We honor a team member each month who exemplifies excellence in patient support, reinforcing our commitment to high-quality care.
• Special Celebrations: During Hospital Week and Nurses Week, we host activities to honor our colleagues, made possible by philanthropic funds from the Foundation. This includes rolling out the red carpet to celebrate their dedication. We’ve included some photos from these celebrations for you to enjoy below!

In addition to recognition, we also support our colleagues in need through our Colleague Assistance Program. An anonymous group of colleagues reviews requests for support when team members face urgent hardships, from illness and injury to property damage. Our mission is to provide help in their time of need.
