I have significant allergies and food restrictions. Dr. Knapp basically laughed off my concerns and it took considerable effort for him to acknowledge that it was even something that the treatment team might care about. He also was condescending when I tried to engage in a conversation about my weight gain and loss journey, talking down to me and not caring to listen to my experience thus far in my life. The coordinator however did take care to slow down and listen, talking with me about who on the care team might be able to help with what aspects of my concerns and questions. Other reception staff was friendly, kind, and efficient.
