First time in a long time that the provider listened and actually tried to figure out how to help. She even got me referred to endo immediately. Very thankful for her understanding ans taking my concerns seriously. I also like her more holistic approach rather than just bandaiding problems.

I was worried after (previous provider) left the practice, as he is really the only Doctor I鈥檝e had, since my pediatrician, and quality healthcare with someone who takes the time to know you, is hard to find. Then, my children were placed with NP, Collese McKee, and I couldn鈥檛 be happier. She has shown us integrity and compassion and has taken the time to help us navigate my son鈥檚 new dx. She is professionally personable and relatable and makes us feel comfortable, heard and understood. I鈥檝e even scheduled my own care with her and look forward to seeing her in January for my next appt.
Nurse Practitioner did not identify herself when she came into the room. Nurse had just left the room to get test strips and nurse Practitioner came in and started giving me my diagnosis. Was just a little surprised. It would have been nice if she had introduced herself.
