As the caregiver for my father, I rely on the drs and nurses to listen to me and help me care for him as best as possible. I'm never disappointed with Dr. Higgs
I have always been given the time to ask questions and get answers.
As far as I鈥檓 concerned, Dr Higgs is the best!
Dr. Higgs is ALWAYS engaged. He cares about what my thoughts are on my treatment, listens carefully to make sure he is understanding me, even when I have a hard time explaining what my issues are. He doesn't just wash over what my concerns are, but seeks out more information until he understands. I am 60 years old and with one exception, have never had a PCP treat me like this. I am so glad I found him.
Even though he saw me at the end of his work day, Dr. Higgs-Coulthard took extra time to explain my condition and next steps in the process to my husband. This was extremely helpful to both us, and we're grateful for his insights and thorough explanation.

Dr H-C has always been great at explaining my problems with me thoroughly so I can be reassured about my condition. And, if he isn鈥檛 satisfied with the results, he then orders another test to find out exactly what my symptoms are telling him.

The provider seems very busy and impersonal. They seem to be just checking items off the list to get to another room.

Dr. Higgs coultahrd and his staff are outstanding. He is very responsive to our needs and communicates regularly (by phone and text)when we have a problem or have questions. I have never had a physician who is as concientous and responsive as he is. He expects the same from his staff. His team does a terrific job.
