Wait time was long. Time and conversation with the doctor was relatively short.

She told us she would reach out to another doctor for a referral and we would hear from her by the end of the day. Instead, her nurse/office attendant called in a couple of hours. Very impressive follow-through in a timely manner
More time
Dr. Battjes will never turn an acute care need patient away. Finding a physician with heart for their patients is difficult these days. Dr. Battjes will always see a patient of RPFM if they need to be seen.
