I have had a weight problem my whole life. I am 60 years old, and finally with the help of Gina and her nurses, I understand my body and how to lose weight. I did this because my orthopedic doctor wanted to replace my knees. after losing 75 lbs, I am not doing surgery. I will continue to lose weight and lead a healthy life style.
