I waited for awhile and had some trouble understanding what the Dr. Was saying.

Hard to understand what he was saying. I didnt understand what medication I was being put on until the after visit summary. Nothing was really explained and there was no exam done either. He is nice and friendlybut just needed to slow down when speaking and explain a bit of what the new meds do.

I feel very comfortable and relaxed with Dr Lu and his staff. I would suggest to anyone that experiences 鈥渨hite coat syndrome 's you can allay those fears quickly.

I will be transferring to a different practice. After trying and giving Dr Lu the opportunity to respond to my needs, I have come to the conclusion that he is ill equipped to serve as my electrophysiologist.

I felt he did not answer all my questions, he called and left a VM about taking another new medicine. I have no idea why or what is the side effects. His nurse called the next day and I asked her. She said that there was no note why I was prescribed the med. I felt like he had his 2-3 minutes and anything outside of that time frame was not getting covered.
