While i could not accompany my 88 year old mother to her appointment ,my daughter was able to drop her off then my daughter as well had an appointment in town ,but left the car for my mother. The Doctor personally walked my mother to the car and made sure she was safely seated before leaving her.. This to me is a rarity. I was so (we) smitten by this gesture i have faith in humanity once again.. This whole team rocks!!

I called as a follow up on a recommendation of a Medicare Housecalls visit where they were concerned about high blood sugar (A1c) Reading was proven to be incorrect when it was taken at the doctor's office. The nurse was professional in taking the blood sample and the doctor was quick in his reassurance that my A1c was in the very normal range and only suggested why the other reading may have been and was incorrect.
Great experience considering I was not feeling my best. Left office with confidence in knowing I would get better
