needing an appointment right away, I was seen two hours later.
This was the transition of me to a new doctor if record since (previous provider) retired. Though I had been seen previously on occasion by Dr Blackford this was the official transfer. I like her demeanor, honesty. Attentiveness and apparent knowledge. She patiently listened. She explained answers to questions in easy to understand detail. I think it wias the beginning of a solid relationship between us!
Considering going to different doctor
They were a little short with me, cutting me off while talking, saying we'll get to that later. Didn't seem concerned about swelling in my feet. Just suggested elevate at night with pillow while sleeping. While I went up on dose of my Prednisone, because of arthritis pain in feet, just talked about slowly lowering it, not that anything else was available.
