Our Lady of the Rosary Health Center

Our Lady of the Rosary is a primary care practice, offering an array of family medicine, prenatal and obstetrical care.

Our Lady of the Rosary Health Center is located on South Chapin Street, just north of W. Western Avenue. Interpreter services are available. Our practice is part of Saint Joseph Physician Network and Saint Joseph Health System, both members of Trinity Health, which offers an entire system of care for you and your family.
