Parking
MISHAWAKA: From Holy Cross Parkway, turn at Trinity Place and right at first side road, then right again, so you are facing east. Designated parking for TogetherCare support and Super Users will be in the lot closest to Holy Cross Parkway.
PLYMOUTH: Enter from Lake Avenue (State Route 17) between Meadow Lane and Village Place (across from Michiana Eye Center). Turn left at the first parking lot for designated parking for TogetherCare support and Super Users.

Command Centers and Meeting Rooms
Welcome Center Location
MISHAWAKA: Between the Medical Office Building and the main lobby of the hospital, near the gift shop and the 9-11 Memorial. Use the marked entrance north of the main entrance on the east side of the building. Hours: 6:30 am-11:30 pm.
PLYMOUTH: Between the main entrance to the hospital and the Cancer Center, there is a marked door for Super Users only. The Welcome Center is located just inside on the right. Hours: 6:30 am-11:30 pm.

MISHAWAKA: Ed Center rooms A-B, Garden Level of the hospital, across from the Cafe.
PLYMOUTH: Ed Center, Medical Office Building, 2nd floor. Exit left from the elevator or stairs and turn left to follow the long hallway.
