We believe part of our commitment to serving the Michiana community means being there with health insurance agents who can answer your questions with access to convenient locations close to home. Bring us your questions about your Medicare eligibility, Medicaid application or any medical insurance questions you need answered. As a member of the Saint Joseph Health System community, we have three convenient resource centers, each staffed with licensed health insurance agents, you and your family can visit to learn more about your options and enroll in: 

• Health insurance plans, including Affordable Care Act (ACA)-approved Marketplace plans. 
• Medicare and prescription drug plans.
• Other insurance programs, like dental, vision, cancer and critical illness, to reduce your out-of-pocket healthcare costs.

Open enrollment period

Oct. 15 to Dec. 7 is Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)   
During this period you may:

• Review and change your Part D prescription drug plan for next year.
• Change your Medicare Advantage plan for next year.

You can apply for a Medicare supplement (Medigap) plan any time of the year.

Nov. 1 – Jan. 15 is Health Insurance Marketplace Open Enrollment Period (OEP) 
During this period you may:

• Enroll in an ACA-approved health insurance plan and avoid federal tax penalties for the next year.
•  Review your current plan and make a change depending on your needs.

Our Mishawaka and South Bend offices are open Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm. Appointments are recommended. Our Plymouth office is open Tuesday and Thursday from 8 am - 5 pm by appointment only.

Our staff of licensed insurance agents are called to serve you, and available to help ensure you and your family get the coverage you need. Our services are free. No appointment or application fees are charged and there is no obligation to enroll in any plan.
