SJRMC is committed to healing body, mind and spirit.
Our Center for Spiritual Care provides emotional and spiritual support for all SJRMC patients and their families, regardless of religious affiliation. Chaplains are available for those who wish to speak to someone about personal, ethical or religious matters or receive the Sacraments.
In South Bend
Patients who wish to arrange a visit from a priest or rabbi should contact our office at (574) 237-7249 or ask a nurse to help arrange a visit.
The chapel located on the first floor is open 24 hours a day for individual worship.

Mass is open to hospital staff, patients, visitors and the public. Communion is also offered to patients that are able to partake as specified by their diet.
We also offer a Prayer Room on the second floor for reflection and meditation.
In Plymouth
Chaplain Margie Shaw can be reached at (574) 935-2352. Our Chapel is located just off the main lobby on the first floor. We do not have mass, but the chapel is available 24 hours a day for individual worship.
