SJRMC regularly measures patient satisfaction and compares it to other hospitals and national standards as we continue to make improvements. There are customer cards located in all of our waiting rooms, and we encourage you to provide feedback about your care and service.

South Bend Campus
From inside the hospital dial "0" and ask to speak with Customer Relations. If you are calling from outside the hospital, dial (574) 237-7133. On evening and weekends the in-duty nursing supervisor will assist you.
After you are discharged, you will also receive a follow-up call.
Plymouth Campus
A customer service representative will check on all inpatients and their families. This is an excellent opportunity to voice any concerns or needs. Should you need assistance, call Shelly Lee in Customer Relations at Ext. 2222. If you are calling from outside the hospital, dial (574) 935-2222.
